Introduction

This page outlines the steps that guide you to integrate with DerbySoft via GO Distributor API.

Based on our experience, the whole integration process would take about 10 weeks, including 4 weeks of development.

Prerequisites

As long as the NDA and business contract are signed.  You will receive GO Console Registration Guide and Apply for GO Service Guide from our BD. Please follow the guide to sign up for GO Console and apply for GO Service.

Important:
Please ensure your Billing Profile is filled up properly.


Integration Process



Stage 1 Implementation Fee Payment

Once you complete the GO Console Registration, you will receive an e-invoice of the Implementation Fee to your billing email. Please kindly complete the payment within a month.



When we received your payment, our Product Ops team will approve your account with full permissions in GO Console within 2 business days and a Welcome email will be triggered by GO Console as well.


Stage 2 API Certification

  • Before the development

In this stage, your development team may evaluate the integration solution with DerbySoft GO, there is a Developer Guide in GO Console for you to go through the details.

  • During the development

If you have any questions, please view the Q&A section firstly to find out possible answers, or contact our GO Help team(go.help@derbysoft.net) for the assistance

  • 2-way Certification

Once you complete the development, it will be ready for 2-way certification. Please set up the API and UAT Environment, then reach out to GO Help to activate your environment. GO Help will provide a certification guide and test scenarios to you. If you pass the certification. You will get a dedicated client manager from DerbySoft to coordinate the next steps for Connection Activation.


Stage 3 Connection Activation

  • Kick-off call

The DerbySoft client manager will coordinate the Kick-off call for you with suppliers together and go through the Connection Overview for the technical/operation/monitoring issues, etc, then schedule the 3-way testing properly.

  • Add connection

If the Connection Overview is finalized and all is ready on your side, you can add connections on GO Console.

  • 3-way testing

The DerbySoft Implementation Client Manager will coordinate you to process the 3-way testing with suppliers directly, the test scenarios would be provided by suppliers and you are welcome to add your special testing scenarios. Once the testing is done, you are ready to move forward to the Pilot stage.

Stage 4 Pilot

During the Pilot stage, you should firstly set up the production environment, and choose several properties to make the real reservations to verify the data flow, operation process, payment process, etc. It's recommended to pilot for at least one week and monitor everything works as expected. In this stage, DerbySoft Implementation Client Manager will monitor your connection and may contact you if there are any issues.


Stage 5 Rollout

Once the pilot works as expected, there will be an announcement for the lived connection from DerbySoft, and you can plan batch properties rolling out with suppliers directly. Meanwhile, a dedicated email address will be created for you to receive any issues in the future, and our support team will assist with it. Our 7*24 monitoring team will set up the alarms in the system to monitor the connection health automatically, and you may provide the contacts for the emergency.
